Apple has informed developers that from 25 April it will start accepting apps built in Xcode version 14 or higher for publication. The company noted that the changes will affect iOS, iPadOS and watchOS apps.

The company said developers will have to build their apps using Xcode 14.1 or higher, which includes the latest SDK for iOS 16, iPadOS 16 and watchOS 9.

The company also recommended that developers take advantage of all the features of its proprietary operating systems that the company has added recently.
