Professor Christian Tervish of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania explored ChatGPT's capabilities by asking him to first answer MBA exam questions and then compose his own.

According to Tervish, Chat GPT does an excellent job on basic operations management and process analysis questions, including those based on case studies. AI provides not only the right answers, but also explanations.

That said, Chat GPT can sometimes make "surprising errors" in relatively simple calculations at the level of 6th grade maths, and those errors can be huge in magnitude.
