Dropbox

Dropbox will no longer support external drives due to a change to the Apple File Provider API. Some users have already experienced problems setting up an external drive on Macs running macOS Ventura.

Dropbox is working on a new version of its macOS app. As the location of the Dropbox folder will change, users will need to restore links to files in certain third-party apps.

The Dropbox itself will now be under "Places" instead of "Favorites". Individual folders from it will be able to be moved to the Favourites section for quick access.
