Dropbox has acquired FormSwif.
A cloud-based service that provides individuals and businesses with a solution for creating and editing and saving business forms and agreements. The deal was valued at $95 million.
According to Dropbox officials, the acquisition will provide customers with a template library and FormSwift solution that will further enhance the end-to-end agreement workflow that already uses Dropbox Sign, Forms and DocSend tools.
The FormSwift purchase will allow Dropbox to provide customers with a variety of business templates, from sign-out waivers to lease and non-disclosure agreements. This will make it easier for a large number of small businesses and freelancers.
