Since its inception into the Erasmus+ program, the University has facilitated over 1,200 student exchanges and approximately 900 faculty and staff mobilities. Peković expressed optimism about these numbers growing, fostering more opportunities for development at the university.

Excitingly, UCG’s membership in the European university ULYSSEUS has opened unprecedented avenues for innovation and modernization of study programs, aligning with critical strategic goals. Isidora Lakić of the University’s International Cooperation and Mobility Office shared insights on the transformative effect of over 200 partnerships with European institutions. At a panel focused on Erasmus+ experiences, Maja Šofranac, from the Faculty of Fine Arts, emphasized the program’s role in enhancing artistic creativity through cultural exposure. Similarly, Milena Tadić from the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology articulated how the synergy of academic exchange and personal growth enriches participants’ experiences forever.

Director Vanja Drljević of the National Erasmus+ Office reiterated UCG’s pivotal role in internationalizing Montenegro’s higher education.
