As Google points out, with the release of stable Android 13 in August 2022, beta testing of Android 13 has ended. Starting in September, quarterly updates to Android 13 (QPR) will begin to be released, starting with beta QPR1.

The website states that the program will run until the end of March 2023, which suggests that the Android 14 beta test will begin in April 2023. Google's earlier plans called for the Android 13 QPR test to run until June 2023.
