The main changes in Chrome 104 include:

Cookie Existence Time Limit. All new or updated cookies will now be automatically deleted after 400 days, even if there are other Expires and Max-Age attributes. Cookies created before this will be preserved, but cannot be updated;

Blocking URLs from iframes linking to the local filesystem ("filesystem://");

Optimization to speed up page loading, which ensures a connection to the destination host is established the moment the link is clicked;
