The company claims that FakeCatcher is up to 96% accurate.

The detector detects dipfakes based on color changes in the skin caused by blood flow, which can only be found in a real person.

The detector studies facial color, translates these signals into a kind of map and, with the help of deep learning, determines whether the person in the video is real or fake.
