LinkedIn has introduced the ability to compose a cover letter for an HR manager using AI. For now the feature is only available to premium subscribers of the site.
The option "Allow AI to compose a message to the hiring team" is available on the platform's jobs page.
The AI uses information from the user profile, hiring manager's profile, job description and company of interest to create a "highly personalised" message, LinkedIn noted.
