A preview version of Visual Studio 2022 for Arm will be released "in the next few weeks," with a full release later this year.

Microsoft also signed a new partnership agreement with Qualcomm. As part of Project Volterra, the companies have created a device for developers based on the Arm Snapdragon processor and neural processing unit (NPU), which will simplify the process of creating cloud applications that support algorithms based on artificial intelligence.
