This is a cross-platform application that is designed for general users. It works as a simplified dashboard that connects to your existing anti-virus software or offers additional protection for your device.

Microsoft Defender will be available to Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers starting June 16, and its features will vary by platform. For example, iOS and iPadOS have no antivirus protection, and instead the app offers some web phishing protection along with a dashboard that includes alerts for other devices.
