The Firefox 100 browser release is out. The Firefox 101 branch has moved to the beta testing stage, with a release scheduled for May 31.
Firefox 100 fixed 24 vulnerabilities, 21 of which are marked as dangerous. 17 vulnerabilities (CVE-2022-29918 and CVE-2022-29917) are caused by memory handling issues, including buffer overflows and accessing memory areas that have already been freed. They could potentially lead to the execution of attacker code when opening specially crafted pages.
