Windows gets even more secure!

A new security feature in Windows 11 22H2 called Enhanced Phishing Protection alerts users when they enter their Windows login password in insecure local applications like Notepad, Wordpad or Microsoft 365 to save to a text file or when filling out specific forms on websites.

This security option is not activated in the OS by default. The new phishing protection must be enabled manually by the user or domain system administrator for corporate users. Experts have found out that the new protection system has its own limitations in operation.
