Zoom Video Communications

Zoom Video Communications has updated Zoom's terms of service that require users to agree to provide data to train artificial intelligence models.

The rule change will allow Zoom to use user-generated content for machine learning and AI, including training and tuning algorithms and models. The rule update does not include a waiver of the collection and use of customer information.

Zoom justifies the measure on the grounds that it is necessary to provide, maintain and improve services, software or other products.
