Bing's chatbot will soon be able to support plug-ins. This was hinted at by Microsoft's head of advertising and web services Mikhail Parakhin. On Twitter, he responded to a question about plugins for Bing by writing "keep an eye out for updates".

They also let the bot not only browse the web, but also interact with certain sites by performing actions on behalf of the user, such as ordering food.

For example, a user can use ChatGPT to create a recipe and order the required ingredients from Instacart. The bot will upload an ingredient list to the shopping service and redirect the user to the site to complete the order.
